这一阵各处店里都有Panettone卖,尝尝觉得还挺好吃的。看见suzi-q的帖子,貌似还挺简单:

原来的菜谱,稍微调整了一下下:
材料:
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, cut up (偶用了1/3cup)
3 ¾ cup bread flour
1/2 cup sugar (偶用了1/4cup)
1 tb orange peel (from dry herb section at super market)
½ tsp salt
4 ½ tsp yeast
1 cup dried cranberries (can be dried cherries) (一共用了1cup raisin,似乎还可以多放一些)
½ cup raisins (golden raisins are preferred)
¾ slivered almonds, toasted (pine nuts are preferred) (没有,就用chopped almond了)
Glaze:
1 egg, beaten + 1 tb water
把上面9样东西按面包机要求的程序放面包机, 按dough setting. 偶的面包机比较小,所以面团揉好后放到盆里发酵。
面发好了把气挤压, 排掉, 同时加葡萄干和杏仁, 揉匀, 做成一圆球。偶用的是10寸的tube pan,喷上油,把面团放入, 盖上一块布,放暖的地方,发酵1小时,
刷上蛋液, 进350F烤箱, 放在倒数第二烤架上, 烤55-60分钟, 最后15分钟盖上一张锡纸怕表面烤焦, 用竹签插一下,出来干净, 就好了. 放架上冷卻10分钟, 再从盘里取出,再彻底冷却.

外面的皮脆脆的,里面松松软软的。有桔皮的清香,又有香香的杏仁和甜甜的葡萄干,很像店里卖的哦,好吃!
