H1B Renewal: Pijiang, XBT & xdjm, please help! Thanks.

I am about to renew my H1B, but there is a problem: for the LCA prevailing wage, I am paid between the Level I and Level II. I was above level II the first time I applied the H1B. Would it be a problem if I only meet Level I this time? I pretty soon will get a pay raise, which will be higher than Level II, can I use that number while filing LCA, since the new H1B will start in Oct.? Will it contradict the pay checks, which show the pay I received before the raise? Or do I have to submit any pay check stubs at all? Thank you.
