I took a long trip to this French restaurant in suburb of New York City, just for a meal and dinning experience! I was surprised by myself how driven I am when it comes to food. The restaurant is called Equus. Located in a 100+ year old castle, called Castle on the Hudson. If you are close to that area, it might be interesting to check it out.
Link is here. Need reservation for Sunday Brunch.
