去年就买了月饼模子,一直没有做!因为每年都会收到不少月饼,多了也吃不完!上个星期收拾东西发现了还没有开封的模子,就动了做月饼的念头。说做就做!上网google 了一下,太多的方子了。简单地归纳了一下,不外乎熬糖浆,月饼皮,月饼馅。好象所有的方子都是精确到克,可俺连称都没有。没关系,咱有勺子,tablespoon通常是15克,以它为单位,俺整出了月饼皮。哦,熬糖浆,太麻烦,冰箱里有一罐Costco买的Mapel Syrup,就那它顶上了,不过成本稍微高点($14.99/L)。还有要求是低筋面粉,可俺只有Costco的Banking flour。这点小事难不倒俺,加上几勺炒菜用的淀粉就齐了。馅,俺可没敢马虎,老老实实的煮,打碎,炒干。为了方方面面都照顾到,俺准备了紫薯,黄薯,豆沙,莲茸,还有五仁,鲜肉,,,赶在中秋节之前,不对,应该是之际,把这些月饼摆到了餐桌上。
