how to anti-interference with the low voltage or current signal

There are many sensors to be measodured the outside word envirment,the sensor must be amplified,filter to the standard current or voltage, that can be connected to the standard A/D modules, how to reduce the interference, please reference the following items: 1 use the shielded cable,and connect the shield cable at the sensor side. 2 leave the cable far away with the high current cable 3 do not ground the signal to both side. 4 avoid destroy the cable.
