hi, Lovewind: 我是文学城上的一个新手，我看到了你那么多关于绿卡申请的文章，真是非常感动。过几年，我也一定会重温你们当年的历程。今天我不知道能不能打扰您一下，问一问关于去墨西哥签证的问题。 我现在是OPT身份，过几个月将要是H1B。 我非常担心我的签证被check。 我在网上看到有很多人说即便被check也可以回到美国。 但在这种情况下过边防的时候边防人员会不会给I-94卡上盖什么新的章？ 因为我看了一下美国国务院的规定，似乎签证在墨西哥被check从法律上规定是不可以用automatic revalidation返回美国的。我担心即便边防可以放我回美国，但是我的I-94已经有了入境纪录，下次再去墨西哥拿签证岂不是明摆着让领事们发现我违反规定回到了美国？ 这样会不会对以后再次申请签证不好？多谢。

我想问你一个问题，我的１４０刚批，但我的４８５已于上月提交，我用把１４０的批准复印件再寄到移民局我的４８５文件中吗？另外我的１４０有二个，这个批了，那个是否要写信注销掉？谢谢！
