I completely agree with what 盐湖夕阳 wrote. What you should cut is simple carbs/sugar. Sugar increases your body’s acidic level and encourages cancer cells to grow. Protein helps your body recover. You should eat some good animal protein (like Whey protein) and some plant protein. Stop eating anything that is sugar added for example ice cream, cake, dessert, sugar added yogourt…… Having 8 hours good sleep at night is also very very important. Your body gets recovered during sleep at night. Chemo doesn’t resolve the problems that caused the cancer at the first place. It only brings your immune system to very low and makes it even more difficult to fight cancer. I hope you stay as strong as you were and I believe you can. Bless you and hug.
