I tried it this morning and got very soft and healthy bread.
I used 60% Whole wheat, and 30% bread flour, 10% Almond flour to make it more healthier.
It ended as totally 5 cups of flour since A 料 I mistakenly used "g" for measurements instead of "ml" as listed in the recipe. Another reason may be because the 2 香蕉 I added was too soft...
For the yeast, I used 2.5 tsp since I am not sure if 1tsp is sufficient for the 5 cups of flour.
The room was full of banana sweet smell during baking... and the bread is super soft as shown from the picture but more brown due to whole wheat flour added...
