能达到无我就是从这五蕴里边跳出了，它的约束也就不存在，也就不能因为“我”而带来痛苦。
如果能达到无我，那也就自然。顺理成章的达到了无能了。既然无我，有能的问题了，这个就解决了“我必须能、我一定要赢”！
