这就是我给美国枪支问题的终极解决方案.
1.美国人必须承认枪是人权,宪法权.
2.然后必须承认枪比别的东西,可以更容易低造成大规模屠杀,应该有合理的背景调查.
3.非法拥枪必须得到,类似于预谋杀人未遂的刑罚程度.至少是罚金必须高到,难以承受.
4.这个时候,左派右派中间派,就可以做下来讨论,如何审核如何背景调查了.推动合法有背景调查的拥枪权.消除非法拥枪比例.[阅读全文]
