这就是我给美国枪支问题的终极解决方案.
1.美国人必须承认枪是人权,宪法权.
2.然后必须承认枪比别的东西,可以更容易低造成大规模屠杀,应该有合理的背景调查.
3.非法拥枪必须得到,类似于预谋杀人未遂的刑罚程度.至少是罚金必须高到,难以承受.
