集权是会改善人民生活，如果赶上明君，明相，可是集权不是唯一的渠道。而集权会带来苦难，因为独裁者的错误会带来波及每一个人的灾难，而没有纠错机制。老毛的几十年，前苏联，二战时的德国和日本。最近COVID，沈阳几个月前出现10几个新病例，结果全城人被两次筛查COVID，天寒地冻，几个小时排队，只因省市官员要保住乌纱帽。

看美语坛翻译，学到了很多，感谢。闲聊几句自己关于翻译的体会。在学习提高英语的过程中，练习翻译是提高英语的途径吗？我个人体会英文到了一定的成度，词汇语法等，可以试着英文解释英文，避免中译英，英译中的过程，而是尝试全英文，让脑中只有英文在工作，完全摈弃中文，这样可能会提高得更快一些，早些让英文成为或接近成为mothertongue，英文自如后，再尝试[阅读全文]

很同意小谢，俺赶脚翻译不该是用另一个语言写出译者对诗歌的解读，诗歌通常是一百个人一百个解读，谁对谁错吗，没有答案，通常写诗的人有意模糊，留给读者解读思考的空间。所以俺赶脚翻译诗歌，该尽量literal，尽量不改变诗的结构，语序，译者把自己的解读强加给读者是不恰当的。比方，江雪，独钓寒江雪，俺赶脚是全诗的精华，前面都是铺垫，严格字面的意思俺以[阅读全文]
