火鸡解冻洗干净后，装在烤盘里，里外抹上料酒，再抹炒过的花椒盐。切几片姜放肚子里，盖上锡箔纸，冰箱里腌两天。
腌好后取出。烧一锅开水，用大勺不停地舀滚水往上浇。然后晾干水份。把蜂蜜和酱油搅拌均匀，抹上。放冰箱里晾一天风干。如此烤出來的火雞才會皮脆又入味。
