看一老年糖尿病患者，因为保险的因素，看患者之前先开了化验单。一天Labcorp化验室打来紧急电话，说患者血糖近600。紧急打电话让患者来诊室，测血糖400多。患者在用三种胰岛素，她分不清哪个是哪个，长效短效的不知，血糖一高就乱打。说过去二十年血糖从来没低于400。马上给患者打短效胰岛素直至降到200一下。给他调了几次胰岛素及口服药物，血糖很快就保持在[阅读全文]
