昨日在领导的建议下，和植物所老白有一次长谈。总的来说，受益非常，弥足珍贵。即时总结如下：先写文章，再做实验。这点以前自己也想过，可惜，灵光一闪，也就忘记了。这样做比较实际的有几个方面：1，阅读文献的时候，想到什么好IDEA，别想太多，直接就把INTRODUCTION先写下来，然后是MATERIALS&METHODS，甚至是RESULTS&DISCUSSIONS。用途a,指导下步的实验设计；b,相对容易[阅读全文]
