少數幾個要錢不要命（別人的命）的黑心商人，把餿水油、工業油混進調和油，大發利市。肥了自己，卻毀了台灣好不容易建立起來的食品王國聲譽。為了幾千萬到數億元的個人小利，卻葬送了整個食品產業百億以上的損失，讓國家GDP遭受巨大衝擊。
