香港中通社报道，总部设在香港的亚洲政经风险顾问公司（PERC），6日发表了17个国家和地区今年度贪污评比报告，印尼、泰国、柬埔寨，分别拿下最贪污前三名。台湾排名第八，排在中国大陆之前。这项调查结果立即震动了华人世界，纽约市立大学教授邝治中对此调查持强烈的怀疑态度，他还记得就在十年前有过一项国际清廉度调查，台湾和香港排行靠前，大陆则很靠后。
