HowardMarks是Oaktree的，最近上电视好几次提醒经济可能进入新周期。据说他在2007年11月曾经预测过08年的金融危机。他访谈的大概意思是现在市场credit已经宽松很久，toomuchmoneychasingtoofewdeal。这种情况值得大家警惕。每次危机不会完全相同。这次程度不会和08年那样严重，但是有相似之处。
