Isawthishouseeverymorningonthewaytowork,anditwasobviousthatthehousewasnottakencareofbecausethelawnwasreallyinabadshape.
LastSundaywhenwewentouttoshopping,wesawasignofopenhouse,andwewentin,foundoutthatthishousewasforforeclosurebythebank.It'sbuiltin1995,3,600SF,4/4/3withapool,askingfor$690,000.Therealtortoldusthebankwilldefinitelytakeloweroffers.

Thisroomisveryuniqueinthatitisaroomwithverylowceiling.Alltheotherareasofthehousehaveveryhighceilings(from12'to14').Thisroomalsohavemanysmallsemi-separatedareasforkidswithevenlowerceilings,andthewallwasdecoratedforkidsaswell.
Theformerownerwasusingthisroomforkids'bedroom.
Enteringtheplayroomlocatedinthesecondfloorofthehouse.
Thisplayroomisconsideredabedroom,andthereisafullbathroom.

Whathappened?
MywifewasmadaboutonemonthagoafterwecamebackfromourvacationtripinAtlantaandSC,becauseIspentalotoftimeonwxc,particularlythehomeforumwhenIstillhadtwodaysoff(ThursdayandFriday)afterthevacation.
ButtodaywhenIwasjustkillingsometimeonwxcandthehomeforum,shebroughtmethistrayformetohavelunchonthecomputerdeskinthestudyroom.Ididn'tknowwhattosaytoher,butwasveryveryappreciative.
