粥6种美味做法

一、【青菜粥】
原料：
青菜4棵剩米饭一碗盐1茶匙（5克）鸡精1/2茶匙（3克）香油1/2茶匙（3ml）
做法：
1、将青菜掰开洗净后，放入沸水中焯烫半分钟后捞出，用冷水浸泡，待冷却后沥干切碎备用。
2、将焯青菜的开水倒掉，重新倒入清水，大火加热至沸腾后，倒入米饭，搅散后，改成中小火加热。放入一把勺子（改变沸腾方向，防止溢锅），再盖上盖子，留2厘[阅读全文]
