秘鲁散记 (2): 提提卡卡点滴

从Arequipa(2,325米)到普诺(Puno,３８６２米),海拔一路升高，定行程时为适应高原,把第一站定在了Arequipa，2325米的海拔还不致于有高原反应，从这里逐渐往更高处走，要比从海平面的利马一气飞到库斯科（３４００米），身体更容易适应。普诺３８００多米的海拔让我多少有点＂头痛＂,在这以前，我最高只到过３０００多米，对高原反应的体验几乎是零,３８００米对别人小意思，[阅读全文]
