记得8年前我因为在公司加班，过度劳累，这颗大牙发炎。老婆让我把它给拔了，我死活不肯，不能才30出头就少了颗牙。花了一千多，做跟管治疗，结果看的牙医非常没经验，没有把它治好。就这么时好时坏，拖了8年。每当我一累的话，就会牙龈发炎，肿痛，最近好像影响到我的心脏，有点胸闷。

从4月9日坚持到现在已经有一个多月啦！恭喜自己一下。我以后每个月会记录一次，看看我到底能坚持多久。
目前我每次做两组，一组包括15个仰卧起坐，8个引体向上，15个俯卧撑。
5月23日：
因为犯牙病了，我从5月15日开始停止锻炼，今天我拔牙了。停几天我又可以开始了。
