常常看到有人来这里这样那样数落面试他的中国同胞,作为一个hiringmanager,忍不住说几句
我见过的中国人,有点招聘权利的,都倾向于招中国人.
但不是说中国人面试你了,就一定要录取你.
没录取你,更不表示和中国人过不去,
因为很可能他面试和录取的都是中国人,只是那个中国人不是你.
有一点倒比较肯定,hiringmanager在看简历的时候,肯定已经知道你是中国人,所以[阅读全文]
