Where are they now?

Bill

Having the opportunity to participate in The Apprentice is something for which Season One winner Bill Rancic will be forever grateful. The opportunity to learn from the best, coupled with the challenge of competing against 15 other successful participants was an offer Rancic couldn't refuse. He now finds satisfaction in being a role model for other people who are trying to achieve what he has worked so hard for - the American dream. Rancic has proven that the dream is still alive, and that hard work and determination are still a recipe for success in this country.

Currently, Rancic is working for the Trump Organization and recently completed his second book, "Beyond the Lemonade Stand." The book is the follow-up to his New York Times bestseller "You're Hired: How to Succeed in Business and Life from the Winner of 'The Apprentice.'"

Besides working for Trump and being a best-selling author, Rancic also runs cigarsaroundtheworld.com, a thriving multi-million dollar national operation that is part of a publicly traded company, Synergy Brands (sybr/nasdaq). While Rancic still manages the day-to-day operation of the cigar business he founded, he is also making a name for himself in the Chicago real estate market.

He is a sought-after speaker at major universities and corporations where he talks about how, through hard work and "thinking-out-of-the-box," success can be achieved even against the worst odds. He also helps pass on this message to the residents of the Mercy Home for Boys, where he has volunteered as a tutor for underprivileged children for the past four years.

Though fortunate to have many achievements in his life, Rancic he is most proud of the creation of the Dr. Edward T. Rancic scholarship fund. After the loss of his father, Rancic and his sisters created the scholarship fund to assist students who are in financial need and have the desire to become educators. Rancic is also an advocate supporter of National Institution for Health, as well as the Youth Aids society.

During his year with Donald Trump, Season Two winner Kelly worked on several high-profile projects including 40 Wall Street (1.3M square feet of commercial real estate in downtown Manhattan, Trump Tower Tampa (50 story upscale condominium in Tampa, FL) and Trump Ice (Trump branded bottled water). At the end of his year contract with "The Donald," Kelly decided to move on to pursue the venture capital fund and several other exciting projects.

On the real estate front, Kelly is working closely with his family to develop a $50M 25-project self-storage company in Florida and a 600-acre fishing and hunting preserve in Montana. Kelly is also the host of "GI Factory," a new series that examines military technologies and where they are made on The Military Channel.

Kelly published his first book in early 2006 entitled, "TAKE COMMAND: 10 Leadership Principles I Learned in the Military and Put to Work for Donald Trump." The book explores the ties between military training and business success. Supported by interviews with some of America's leading business icons Kelly's book provides an inspiring message to those involved in the military and invaluable advice to aspiring entrepreneurs or anyone embarking on a new career.

As the chairman and co-founder of MotorPride, a motor enthusiast community website, Kelly took the lessons he learned from a history of successful entrepreneurial ventures, and brought them together to build the perfect community website for car, truck and motorcycle lovers. Kelly remains active with MotorPride as chairman of the board, while his business partners run the day-to-day operations.
