我的呼吁，被床铺采纳了

2015巴尔的摩暴乱后，我在本坛呼吁建议，大举购买巴尔的摩的房子，虽然本坦反应比较负面，但是美国地主总统床铺，和他的地主女婿听到了，竟然一个月就买了 5500套巴尔的摩的房子。可惜我只买了2个duplex 楼，每个楼 2 个 lot, 一个 lot分别有 2-3个 units. 一共10个单元，月租金在 1万-2万；波动大的原因是部分房子还在装修，买房及装修投资11万，一年回报就把投资全收回来了。下面是我的旧帖：
