Note:
1. Alright, ES tested our 55 support (touched Pinky) and bounded off it. It then turned around and tested the 68 resistance and have been trading under it for most of the afternoon. So our R/S levels are working pretty well so far. The big picture on daily however is that ES is not out of water yet since all the action today was under 71-2 level, acting as 楚河汉界for bulls/bears. Indicators for daily are still in bearish mode despite making few improvements here or there. rainbow is steady or slightly contracting. I would like to see it narrows further liking depressing a spring so that it will produce a powerful move once pressure is off.
2. On the 3-hour chart it is easy to see ES touched the lower boundary of channel and closed the bar above pinky. The thick blue line is the resistance here (71-2) area Hence both charts need ES to move above 71-2 to return to bullish mode. Rainbow is narrowing and pinky is flat. So more range action under 71-2 are likely or even test 55 low again since indicators on 3-hour charts are still bearish.
3. Support: ~64-2, 59.5, 53.75 & 1846.75, 1834.5; Resistance: 81-2, 71-2,
