Why the 2020 election needs judiciary or legislative intervention?

The election is claimed to be a very IMPORTANT event by both the advocating and the opposing parties regarding of the judiciary or legislative intervention based on the established rule of checks and balances among the three branches of GOVERNMENT. When there are voters and votees outcry foulplays from a variety of sources such as boards of election, mail services, and poll sites, the judiciary and legislative branches can NOT stand back and stay out. Isn't it that plain and simple?

 

This 2020 election is DIFFERENT, mainly because of the so-called COVID-19 and thus of the MASSIVE mail-in votes particularly at the DISPUTED Democrats pockets if not puddles. Look at the positivity and mortality lines, please, there are ALWAYS a STRAIGHT line, so the so-called spikes or outbursts or pandemic of COVID-19 is pretty much BULLSHIT. The mortality is pretty much at the prior-COVID rate, i.e., every year, millions and millions of people pass away for "reasons". Some people may truly have died of COV-2 directly, and some people may have truly died at the medical professionals' hands because of COV-2. The whole beginning of COVID-19 and massive mail-in votes is a fraud.

 

Then check the facts of how the mail-in ballots are handled at different stages from designing, requesting/applying or not, security/signature envelope, return envelope, opening, canvassing, etc. An honest and capable investigator should know there are a lot of PROBLEMS when the AUTHENTICATION issue is brought out. If there is NO way for the investigators to trace back a ballot to a voter,  then why you adamantly proclaim SUCH a voting system carries the significance of democracy? I don't hate Joe Biden. I do hate a PHONY "democratic" system which actually is brutally cruel. What a New York State system has done to protect my life, liberty, and happiness?

 

FACE AND LIVE THE REALITY, AND DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO PURSUE WHAT YOU ALWAYS DREAM FOR, IF YOU THINK HIGHLY OF A DREAM. AN INCUMBENT PRESIDENT CAN BE A FIGHTER TOO.

If the Republicans don't support Trump's legal fighting this round about some issues in the voting and election, what might be the Republicans' election future in the coming years?

If people do think the 2020 election is EXTRAORDINARILY important, I feel
they would come out to vote in person. Why the canvassing late into the
election night and to the next early morning, showed Donald J. Trump had
such a huge leads in those now-disputed and mostly neck-to-neck, states?

When government branches are to handle issues, why would it be a DISGRACE when a President brings up an ISSUE which is NOT merely about himself. Look back at the PERMITTED history "records" of the U.S.A., what the "DISGRACE"-ers would say about the PERMITTED "records"?
