United Nations Should Do Something For Individuals

There are always individuals who want to experience or live in
another system or environment, and there are national governments
which often restrain migration or even set up travel bans. The
United Nations should serve the human beings and the environment
as its ultimate mission, and establish some treaty among member
states and some office in each member state to facilitate the
request of these individuals who want an environmental change.

In a real socialism system, I can have a rich life, rich in peace, rich in fulfillment, rich in family, what's most, rich in personal safety. My mail in a rented place could be scrubbed open by somebody else who PRETENDS she/he does not recognize English alphabets. What kind of "robbery" the poor can do to the rich in a capitalism society?

What makes the rich rich? The rich's rules of predating the general poor, while the general poor generates the values.
