I feel like a failure as a parent!

I have missed quite a few extremely important deadlines at my kids' school. I have this bad habit of procrastinating, thinking someone down the road would remind me of the crucial dates! But it is my own responsibility!

I marked the calendar but I just forgot to check the calendar! I set an email alert but sometimes I did not get to check my emails days in a run. Isn't that sarcastic!

In the final analysis, I just did not prioritize those dates!

I must keep my fingers crossed that I would be given another chance to make up the missed registrations for the kids! More importantly, I must make an conscientious effort to be more diligent and less careless!

Hopefully, jotting down my reflections and remorses would keep the bad habits at bay! -- Shame on me!
