[注释]
枯藤：干枯的藤条。昏鸦：暮色黄昏中的乌鸦。
古道：荒凉废弃，人迹罕至的道路。
　　　断肠人：漂泊在外，远离家乡，悲伤到了极点的人。

[译文]枯藤缠绕着老树，老树上落着黄昏归巢的乌鸦，
小桥下有潺潺的流水，桥那边坐落着人家，
离乡的游子骑着瘦马，迎着西风走在这古道上。
太阳就要落山了，思乡已极的人儿还流落在远方。

Craws crowed, dry and dizzy,

a tree grown old and in vine cold

小桥流水人家。

Cottages sighted, dim and stoned,

the river flows, the saga beheld

古道西风瘦马，

Stood roadside, windy yet age-old,

a horse in tears ( gona‘ be sold )

夕阳西下，

Painted yellow, Westward,

there is a sun fallen

断肠人在天涯。

Framed skyline, lonesome,

here a soul broken

就陪你玩一把古典诗词翻译. 以下是我初拟的中译英. 马致远的这首《天净沙•秋思》流传千古, 我的译作太不成熟, 还可再商榷与推敲,只怕见笑了:

枯藤老树昏鸦，小桥流水人家，古道西风瘦马．夕阳西下，断肠人在天涯．

Crows at dusk, withered vines, hanging on old tree,
Cottages nearby, sparkling stream past a narrow bridge,
A bony horse walks on an ancient road in west wind.
The sun is slowly sinking in the west side.
A traveler with a broken heart is at the edge sky.

Your words really add value to it, and to my enjoyment of doing it. Acctually its was done in a day when i was not very happy to myself. but came from no where when i was driving on the high way in a foggy day. Oct last year.
i am not sure, i can do ro not to another one of the kind.
