周末伙食汇报 - 儿子过生日

儿子过生日, 去年做了樱的寿司蛋糕, 很满意, 今年本来也想再做个, 可是这几天工作一忙, 就觉得很赶, 很急, 心情就很乱, 就一切从简,


周六中午做的寿司卷, 里面包了:

烤鳗鱼, 煎蛋卷, 蟹肉棒, 卤香菇, 小黄瓜, 腌萝卜, GOBO, 卤干瓢,

卤香菇, 煎蛋卷, 和卤干瓢是自己做的, 其它是买的, 饭是用买的寿司醋拌的.

卤香菇, 干瓢的汁: 酱油, 味淋(mirin), 亨大师粉(han-dashi), 水, 糖,

煎蛋卷: 蛋, 糖, 味淋, 盐, 亨大师粉, (水+太白粉), 煎得不好看, 味道很好.

寿司蛋糕

用了Costco买的熏鲑鱼(smoked salmon), 小黄瓜片, 粉色的鱼粉, 吃时用刀切成一小条, 也用来跟其它的料来包寿司手卷吃.

用了买的红豆料, 下次不要买了, 就是自己煮就好了, 一小包煮熟的红豆要4块钱.

晚上做了简单烧烤:

买了两种鲜香肠, 一种台湾的”辛巴乐”, 另钟是非利宾红肠, 做烧烤很好吃, 烤香肠前要用刀刺个洞, 不然会爆开.

还烤了鱿鱼和虱目鱼, 用煤炭烤的.

还做了个Lemon yogurt cake:

It's really easy to make and so yummy,

From Barefoot Contessa

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
1 1/3 cups sugar, divided
3 extra-large eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

For the glaze:

1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:;

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/4 by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease and flour the pan.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt into 1 bowl.

In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, 1 cup sugar, the eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla. Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. With a rubber spatula, fold the vegetable oil into the batter, making sure it's all incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a cake tester placed in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Meanwhile, cook the 1/3 cup lemon juice and remaining 1/3 cup sugar in a small pan until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear. Set aside.

When the cake is done, allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Carefully place on a baking rack over a sheet pan. While the cake is still warm, pour the lemon-sugar mixture over the cake and allow it to soak in. Cool.

For the glaze, combine the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice and pour over the cake.

刚刚给你补上了蛋糕的方子,还加了张切开的蛋糕,这个蛋糕不是戚风那种很轻的蛋糕体, 我儿子爱吃美国的较实成的,很好吃,不是很甜,柠檬香味很足.
