照烧三文鱼,凉拌米型面

照烧三文鱼 - Pan seared salmon with Teriyaki sauce

- 三文鱼撒上盐和胡椒, 歇15 分钟,

- 不粘的平底锅烧热, 凃上油, 加鱼进来, 两面煎黄, 大约一共3-4 分钟, 不要久了, 我喜欢里面还有点粉红色的.

-加两汤勺 Yorshida Gourmet sauce, 把鱼两面粘上, 略收汁, 就可装盘了.


凉拌米型面- Orzo salad , 很好吃, 可当主食.

1 LB - Orzo, 米型面, 开水煮好沥干,拌橄榄油, 待凉,
1 can - Garbanzo beans,
¼ red onions, 红洋葱, 切丝,
½ Cucumbers, 黄瓜, 切丁,
1 large Tomatoes,西红柿, 切丁,
½ cup Fete cheese, 羊奶酪, 掰散,
1 heart of romaine lettuce, 生菜, 切丝,
10- 12 Kalamata olives, halved, 橄榄油泡的橄榄, 切半,
1 TB caper, 酸蕾子,

Dressing:

Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
