Coping with Stress (1)

(2010-10-20 19:30:03) 下一个

My son was a volunteer in HEART STROKE FOUNDATION event last Christmas and he got one broche called “Coping with Stress”. I did not pay attention to it when I first saw it. I was attracted by its contents today when I found it accidently in my basement. Maybe I have stress now as I am looking for a job. Or maybe I am still thinking of story told by one of my sisters who is experiencing stress as she has conflict with her boss. Anyway, I read it thoroughly from start to end and I feel that it worth to put some contents here to help myself and my friends to cope with stress.

What is Your Stress Index?

Stress can be difficult to understand. The emotional chaos it causes can make our daily lives miserable. It can also decrease our physical health, sometimes drastically. Strangely, we are not always aware that we are under stress. The habits, attitudes, and signs that can alert us to problems may be hard to recognize because they have become so familiar.
