13m 2w update

seems happier lately. had high fever at one evening and took one dose of tylenor. spotted ulcer on her upper lips but it didn't cause much problem for cc was sucking her thumb and eating food like normal. 

 

eat: better, much better, much much better. could handle bigger piece of vegetables and eat lots of them. however, her rice and noodle intake are dropped. start to appreciate slice apple.

 

sleep: had longer and more naps but went back to normal these two days.

 

recognise things like: apple, pyjamas, towels, 眼镜, baby pig, crocodile, lion, rice chex, carrot, aquaphor, 鸡腿.

 

able to follow simple instructions like: "clap your hands", "hide away" hide her eyes with both hands but sometimes hide her mouth instead of eyes, "kick your legs",this is her favourite, "rattle and shake", "push the blocks", "roll about"only lie down on bed and not rolling, "hug your friend" hug her stuffed toy 小牛.

 

do things like: "talk" over the phone with the real phone and other things that are black and long shape, could walk a bit in the apartment (sometimes up to 10 steps), try to put keys into the key hole, clean her stroller with wipes, scream with delight when i read "if u see a crocodile, don't forget to scream", roar happily when i read "if you see a lion, don't forger to roar".

 

sign language: put her hand(s) on her chest to sign "please" but sometimes put it/them on her tummy.

 

says words (clearly): 要啊, yum (for yummy).

 

says words (not so clear): diaper, 拉臭臭，鞋子，袜子, air band (for hair band)

 

loves: treasure hunt, listen to songs (esp Old McDonald had a farm), book reading, holding to her stroller and walk in the park, poking the keyboard of the notebook, grab her father's glasses.

 

hates: stranger to touch her, mommy to brush her teeth

 

trying to teach her: the concept of colours, big and small

 

still could not talk.
