Any difficulty happens during the trasition is due to the selfishness of the Bakers. The way the Bakers want to keep the baby for the sake of better life is pathic. They bully their way through the process agianst this Chinese couple.

I have watched this case since it appeared on the news many years ago. I remember watching the intervews from both sides. The Bakers intended to keep the baby from the beginning. The Hes did not get the proper legal advices from the start. It was just too obvious that the Bakers wanted to keep the baby and refused to return her to her real parents. They have created an hostile environment for the biological parents who were unaware of the Bakers would go to extra length to keep the baby. Then, they would accuse the biological parents using the baby to stay in this country, hold the child growing up without knowing her real parent. The court does the right thing to restall the rights of the Hes. The Bakers should be stopped from stealing the baby. Anna Mae belongs to her biological parents who were "set up" by the Bakers.
