Max的周记

本学期的每周五，Max班的小朋友都会在课堂上写一篇周记给家长，Max的周记都是写给我的，请允许我自我得意一下。我觉得他写得满可爱的，他们体育课开始的新单元—玩世界各地的儿童游戏,也很有趣。

Dear Mom,

This week in gym we started a new unit and it wasgames from around the world. The first place we did was Ireland. The next placeof game we’re going to is Italy then I think China. But I can’t remember theother country.

For Ireland, we played Benchball. You have two teamsand one person from each team stands on a bench on the other side of his/herteam. The people on their team blocks the person on a bench on their side. Atthe same time they have to throw the balls to person on the opposite on thebench. The team of the person on the bench who catches the most balls, wins.

We also learned where Basketball comes from. It camefrom America but was invented by a Canadian, Nai Smith. So Canadians says it’sfrom Canada but people from America say it’s from America.

I really like our new unit!

爱尔兰的儿童游戏Benchball很好玩，Max班的同学都爱玩。向Max了解到的游戏的大致规则见下，感兴趣的小朋友都可以玩。

Benchball规则：

长方形场地，从中分界。两条长凳各置一端。

游戏参加者分为两组，每组有一名长凳队员。两名长凳队员相对而立，站到对方一侧的长凳上。其他队员在各自场地内活动，不得越界。

双方有相同的球数。游戏参加者向自己的长凳队员扔球，同时也要拦截对方的球、不让对方的长凳队员得到球。

长凳队员得到球可以再投给自己的队员。

最后以长凳队员接得最多的球的一方得胜。
