UTStarcom, CEO and Prez - Hong Lu Speaks on Business In China

Hong Lu is president and CEO of UTSTAR. He recently spoke at a panel in San Francisco during the Committee of 100 15th Annual Convention.

UTStar is part of the fastest growing industry in China - telecommunications.

According to Lu, China will create one new JAPAN every year and one new UNITED STATES every 3 years.  That is some serious growth.
