我们又击中了一个...出手快是关键.

上市第二天, 俺老地主连夜看的房.

 

3 BR, 1.5 BA Townhouse in Herndon, VA

 

Listing price $104500.

 

Offered $111,100.

 

连夜里报的合同.

 

第三天要最高最好价格.我们保持原价.下午报价截止.

 

今天收到对方来电. 我们won it with a very small margin!

 

But I don't know it is the $1000 or the $100 made the deal.

 

同一条街上 2BR 1.5 BA listing price $110000, and 3BR 1.5 BA listing price $135000.

 

This one can be rented for $1300.

 

Above all, it is in EXCELLENT condition, actually, moving in condition.

到现在,买主还没看过房子呢.

ynzy 2009-03-04 13:14:13 回复 悄悄话 Does the rental include the water and gabage. Considering the water the gabage that some of renter doens't want to pay, so you have only true $1200 rent/month.
