被列出拍卖的有6百，但是到了最后关头，有一半以上都stay了，就是不拍卖了。所以参加拍卖很辛苦，很多研究都白做了。最后有200多被拍卖。
200多被拍卖的，大部分都被银行自己收回去了。只有30多个被第三者买走。我有两个正好靠的近，在一页上，大家可以看到我出的15，001.00和121，000.00两个价格。

由于不能长时间用计算机，我就不一一回答网友的问题了。
有朋友把我1万块的房子和va_landlord的一万块的房子相比。
我想这就搞错了。
Valandlord是房地产大师，所以他看中的房子，投资的是房产。
而我对房地产是从business角度去看，我投的不是房产，不是房子，而是租赁客，我看中的是rentalbusiness,不是不动产。
因为重点不同，所以结果不同。
