485A是base在母亲的EB2,485B是base在父亲的EB1a.在副申请人没有withdraw任何一个485的情况下，
1。如果父亲的EB1a485被据，副申请人的485（B)也会跟着被据，那副申请人的485A是不是不会被据（因为副申请人没有withdraw任何一个485）？
2。如果父亲的EB1a485被据，USCIS会给一RFE，让决定留哪一个485，然后把那个留下的485据掉？

请问，F1在申请OPT递交I-20时，F2是不是也要一个I-20?我们学校说F1在申请OPT递交I-20时，F2不用要I-20.但是，F2不要I-20的话，那我作OPT这一年，F2不是outofstatus了吗？
