My485hasjustbeenapprovedonFridaybutmywife\'sisstillpending(EB2dependent,RD09/2005).HerfingerprintshavebeenrejectedthefirsttwotimesandlastyearwhenshewenttothelocalCISofficewithafingerprintingnotice,theyrefusedtodoitsayingthatitmustbedoneafterherfileistransferredtolocaloffice(whichcanonlybedoneaftermine485isapproved).
