我知道基本的是清洁(cleanser)－Toner－(Mask,fornight)-精华－Lotion(orCream)-Sunblock(forday)
但如果在精华中有保湿(JUJU高保濕100%玻尿酸原液),美白(ClarinsBright-upserum)，顺序应该是什么呢？

大家好！刚搬到新家(新房)，想在院子一小片空地里种点花.昨天买了8株玫瑰(4Oklahoma,4HelmutSchmidt)，才发现建筑商在空地里在上面留了薄薄的一层土,地下damp一层建筑垃圾似的土（可以看见有白色的石灰，大的石，土色是黄的，土很结实不渗水)。
很羡慕大家的院子，请教大家我们应该如一步步做院子和种花。
