好不容易看中了一个好区的烂房子。小心翼翼的交上offer，谁知好多人抢这个房子。大家的offer都比list的价格高很多。

今天看房归来感受

今天第一次与中介正式去看房。第一家在飞机航道上，房子的布局不是很好。离开50米到100米的地方有高压电。进去一看，里面居然住了4户人家，大概有15，6个人。还挺令人吃惊的。是shotsale的房子。现在卖33万。Lot里种了很多水果树。不过我还是感觉不是我喜欢的房子。

最近打算买房 请教各位地主

我们最近看到房价终于跌倒我们可以承受的范围内了，就蠢蠢欲动想买房了。
我们在弯曲，可以筹到大概6万美元的首付。想买大概35万一下的房子。但是我跟我老公的想法老是不一致。我想我们第一次买房，我想买个小一点，比较新的，而且喜欢好区。这样我们的钱只能够买condo或townhouse.
LG觉得一定要买singlefamilyhouse，lot要5000以上。这样只能买烂区的旧房子，都是5几[阅读全文]
