因为绿卡没收到已经2个月，IO建议fileI-90withfeeetc.
Q1:刚刚fileI-90发现收据是MSC-考古知道是nationalcenter.上网查nationalprocessingtime却发现没有i-90，请问nationalcenter是不是不受理i-90？如果要受理，怎么才能查到status?
Q2:nationalcenterI-90受理速度和其他中心有什么区别？有没有办法加快呢？

本人ComputerScience硕士毕业5年，在i-bank干了3年，总是觉得IT不是条长久之路，再加上自己的本科是经贸英语，理工科基础始终不及。现在寻思转个专业，听说四大的职业方向很清晰，而且经验的含金量高，不像IT越老越不值钱。所以准备开始读taxationMS，进四大，努力混出个名堂。。。。。。
