今天刚刚加入文学城博客，没时间写“严肃”文章。先说说Montreal的熏肉。在Montreal出差已有几个星期，Schuartz's的熏肉如雷灌耳，前天终于有幸一试。小店位于老街St.Laurent上，全名Schwartz'sHebrewDelicatessen,1928年开店，招牌熏牛肉从此享誉四方。Schuartz's从来没搬过家，一星期七天，早8点开门，半夜关门，细长的店堂只坐得下二三十人，门口永远排队，风雨无阻。Schwartz's熏肉熏前[阅读全文]
