其做法是:把羊肉和羊油切成薄片,肥瘦搭配地穿在細鐵釬上,放在長形的烤羊肉串爐上烤,然後撒些辣子面、精鹽和孜然粉,數分鐘即熟。其色焦黃、油亮,味道微辣,不膩不膻,鮮嫩可口。
