Have you ever have teaching expericences? I would say, teaching experiences are wonderful experiences.?
When I was in elementary school, the teacher assigned me to teach some students who needed help. When I was in 初三被面试保送高中（In English？），one neighbor asked me to teach her son who was ?barely able to graduate. After I taught him for 2weeks, he graduated with high score that made him enter the 重点高中！I was so excited about this！
Three years ago, I have been having the?teaching experiences during my work.?
It is the most wonderful experiences I have ever had since I started my career.?
As I learned a lot during my teaching, "In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn."?
I absolutely agree! I translate it as “教学相长”.?
