BMW简易扫瞄故障手把手【不定期更新】

需要硬件设备:486级别以上电脑【本】一台,INPA 5.0.6【或5.0.2全英文适合2010前车款】 K+DCAN USB OBD-II 线缆  

操作系统:视窗XP以上,果粉系统不灵

扫码缘由:孩子回来说放学途中一个急刹车引擎灯亮了,因为引擎灯不闪且为黄色所以非严重的紧急故障于是接着开,开了一会儿就自己熄灭了,目前无任何报警及提示信息,开车状态无异样感。

一直没机会在这辆车上正式练过,所以特地写个简易手把手扫码备忘及分享。

此贴重在手把手不在解决方案,今天扫引擎和变速箱故障码。

红圈插入车载OBD2接口USB接电脑本,车辆加电【无需启动引擎】,开启电脑。

运行INPA

两个黑眼球说明连接成功。

选个车款呗。

接着选个引擎呗,注意:相同引擎会在很多不同年份的车款【3,5,X5/X6]上使用,而同一车款上半年的引擎和下半年的引擎也会是不同型号哦!

读读引擎有啥存着的故障码

F1就是读一读当下的故障码,F3当然顾名思义喽。

当下故障码的各种读法,挑个最简单的F1,F3有案发的详细数据,是打算分析研究必备神器。

现存两个引擎相关的故障码:0x2A82, 0x3100

时光倒流查查以前的曾经。

德文不懂啊!好在都是过去时看看就好。

没兴趣集"码"也没啥要紧的,删掉先.

变速箱也可以查一查做个体检

Bingo!   曾经在56016km时有一个 55D0 故障码,现在已经过6万公里了。

先删了吧

可以准备给下辆车扫一扫,选个车款呗。

Chassis和Body等选项还没有来机会,以后用到再更新。

有关引擎的故障码含义:

0x2A82, 0x3100

SITUATION
The “Service Engine Soon” (MIL) lamp is illuminated and a power reduction is clearly perceptible. This situation can occur after driving for some time with the engine already at full operating temperature. If the ignition is cycled, the engine then usually performs normally.

The following faults are stored in the DME:

2A82 VANOS intake – stiff; jammed mechanically

2A87 VANOS exhaust – stiff; jammed mechanically

3100 Boost-pressure control, deactivation – boost-pressure buildup prohibited (N54 only)

This code is triggered any time you experience a reduced boost mode. 
FIX: This code itself is meaningless and serves only to let you know a 'limp mode' took place.

CAUSE
The VANOS faults can be caused by an insufficient oil pressure supply to the inlet VANOS adjustment unit. To effectively move the camshafts to the target positions in the specified time and under all engine conditions, sufficient oil pressure supply to the VANOS control pistons must always be available. When the engine operation requires that the VANOS quickly advance or retard the intake or exhaust camshaft, fault 2A82 or 2A87 may be set if the camshaft is “late”, or does not reach the target position. In this situation, engine power may be reduced and a check control message is displayed. The consequential fault 3100 can also be set in the DME fault memory as well.

没听孩子说有变速箱报警提示,电压太低了吧!

F4可以

全程扫码录得几个故障码:都是无关痛痒的过气码

PGS A097 Passive Go System 目前PGS功能无异常,也许和上个月有关PGS的召回测试有关。

A097 - FAT Wake up line, no response
A0A7 - BFT Wake up line, no response
A0C7 - HIRE Wake up line, no response

FAT and BFT are most likely to be the front door modules, and HIRE might be the bootlid or rear doors.
FAT- Fahrer Tuer - driver's door
BFT- Beifahrer Tuer - passenger/co-driver door
HIRE - Hinter? Hinter= rear
