Fouryears,Iwasinterviewedforajob.Oneoftheinterviewquestionswasthat,ifyourlinemanagergivesyoutoomuchwork,whatwouldyoudo?
Myanswerwas"Idon'tmindtoworkhard,evenifthatmeansIhavetoworkovertime.Therecouldbebusytimeswheneverymemberhastoworkhardtosharetheteam'sworkload".Obvously,thisanswerwasnotgoodenough.Attheendoftheday,Ididnotgetanofferforthatjob.
