请问，如果kid(VA)与父亲(Washingtonstate)一起file485，但与父亲住在不同的州，485的邮寄地址是根据父亲所在的州，还是小孩所在的州？还是得跟父亲的485一起在一个信封里邮寄到USCIS?thanks
