国防白皮书将于本月底之前发表.它计划大约在三十年里建立一直从现在的6艘潜艇增加到将来的12艘的军事力量.它也将寻求100架第五代联合打击战斗机.将继续把正规军建成8个营地并且增强协同作战的能力.继续寻求新的舰船,防空驱逐舰和大型两栖作战舰.
